Second Act Properties was founded in 2017 (Reg:K2017390924) by Mmusi Thema, who graduated with an Accounting & Finance degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg.
From a young age, Mmusi showed an initial passion for property and design but could not find funding to study this in University. To supplement his degree, he has taken numerous online courses on property management and interior design and has studied different architectural styles and interior design themes.
Second Act Properties prides itself in providing luxury and bespoke services to it’s clients while following professional and ethical codes and guidelines. We make an effort to understand our client and their lifestyle while respecting and maintaining their privacy to offer the best bespoke services that are un-paralled.
